Free domestic shipping available with orders over $100.00. 

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY 

We are thrilled you chose us as your jewelry supplier, but we are a small growing business. To guarantee your orders will be packaged and shipped out with love and care please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.

• Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. 
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second notification via email with a tracking number to receive updates regarding your shipment.

We estimate you may receive your delivery approximately 7-14 business days.  For all delayed, backordered & custom requests the customer will be notified via email with an expected ship date. Please reach out if you have not received your package after 15 days at contact@shoppieldemiel.com. 

If the package is missing, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact USPS support. Please use the link https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.html
